Pangea Foundation Internship

Program Description

Pangea Cares is looking for highly-motivated high school juniors and seniors to participate in our paid summer internship rotation program. Students will provide direct support to various departments while gaining knowledge of Pangea’s structure and functions. We provide job training and additional resources to help interns succeed in our program and beyond.

Program PERKS

Summer 2021

Running from July 12th to August 20th, our Foundation Interns took part in a rotational program in which they learned about all of the different career paths within a real estate company like Pangea. The students spent two weeks at our headquarters, two weeks in our contact center, and two weeks at our neighborhood offices. They also participated in bootcamps led by various departments, spanning from what our acquisition process entails to how we manage social media and resident communication. We also worked on life skills like college application essays, mock interviews, resumes, and LinkedIn profiles.

“One of my goals was to get out of my comfort zone which Pangea helped with a lot. I now feel a lot more confident when I am speaking. I loved meeting new people and gaining a little more confidence in myself.”
Rebeca
“My favorite part about the entire internship was meeting so many new people and getting to work together to solve problems.”
Aholiba
“I want Pangea to know that I had an amazing experience and wish to do it again some time. Thank you so much for this opportunity and love you all.”
Adonis
“Pangea helped me meet my goals and more. I am ready to go into the world of business.”
